Sofie Verhoeven is a project officer for Ghent En Garde, the Ghent food strategy. Within it, she developed the Ghent Green Bowl, the first local protein strategy; follows up on everything related to schools and school meals (including the European Schoolfood4change project) and provides support and advice on tenders for catering and events.
Jeroom Remmers
Jeroom Remmers is the Managing Director of the True Animal Protein Price Coalition (TAPP Coalition) based in Amsterdam. The TAPP Coalition is a non-profit foundation. Their focus is on fair prices and taxes to make the production and consumption of meat and dairy more sustainable.
Anne Pøhl Enevoldsen
Anne Pøhl Enevoldsen is Head of Sustainable Diet and Health of the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries of Denmark.
Keyvan Mostafavi
Keyvan Mostafavi, campaigner and in charge of advocacy for the french NGO Assiettes Végétales, whose focus at the moment is to help french collective catering to transition towards more plant-based meals. He mainly works with local collectivities in charge of school canteens to help them make the transition towards more vegetarian meals and also works with other NGOs at a national level in order to obtain new legislative advances in favor of vegetarian meals.
Dustin Benton
Dustin Benton is policy director at Green Alliance. Between 2020-21, he was working with the Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs, where he was chief analytical advisor to the National Food Strategy.
Friederike Wöhrlin
Dr. Friederike Wöhrlin is a speaker at the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture. She is involved in topics such as sustainable nutrition and reducing food waste. Currently, she is mainly responsible for issues related to communal catering.

Shireen Kassam
Dr Shireen Kassam is a Consultant Haematologist, Certified Lifestyle Medicine Physician and Visiting Professor of Plant-Based Nutrition. She is founder of Plant-Based Health Professionals UK, a community interest company that provides education on healthy plant-based diets. Her first book, Eating Plant-Based, Scientific Answers to Your Nutrition Questions, co-authored with her sister Zahra, was published in January 2022. She has also co-edited the textbook Plant-Based Nutrition in Clinical Practice, published in September 2022.
