The Path to Sustainable Protein

The third PlantEurope panel discussion will give insights into the reasons to include alternative proteins in the path to a sustainable food system. Speakers will highlight the research on benefits and possibilities of plant-based and cultivated protein as well as give an insight into the challenges ahead.

This PlantEurope panel discussion will give insights into already existing national food strategies from pioneering countries in Europe as well as highlight the diversity of approaches to embedding a plant-based diet in policy framework.

Innovations in sustainable and plant-based communal catering

The two-hour panel discussion explains which actors are leading by example and show innovative approaches to promoting plant-based nutrition in communal catering and what can be learned from these experiences.
