This website uses Matomo Webanalyse (https://matomo.org), an analysis service of the provider InnoCraft Ltd. The data processing is based on our legitimate interest in the statistical analysis of user behaviour for logging and optimisation purposes in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 DS-GVO. From the collected data, pseudonymised user profiles can be created and evaluated. The information generated by the cookie in the pseudonymous user profile is not used to personally identify the visitor to this website and is not combined with personal data about the bearer of the pseudonym.

Matomo uses cookies to enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is transferred to a Matomo server and stored there. Due to the activation of IP-anonymization on this website, your IP-address will be shortened by Matomo before.

The complete deletion of your cookies means that the opt-out cookie is also deleted and you may have to reactivate it again.

Prevent tracking cookies via your browser settings

You can generally prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting your browser software accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent.

Matomo will not collect your data if you have selected the "Do-not-Track" setting "I do not want to be tracked" in your browser.

Order processing

We have concluded a contract with Matomo for order processing and fully implement the strict requirements of the German data protection authorities when using Matomo.

Server log files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

    Browser type and browser version
    Operating system used
    Referrer URL
Host name of the accessing computer
    Time of the server request

These data cannot be assigned to specific persons. A consolidation of this data with other data sources does not take place. We reserve the right to check this data subsequently if we become aware of concrete indications of illegal use.

Registration on our website

When registering to use our personalized services, some personal data is collected. In addition to providing the data required for registration (user name, password, e-mail address), you are free to voluntarily provide further data about yourself. These include first and last name, industry, postcode and place of residence as well as your personal interests. This data is used exclusively for the purpose of better networking with the other members of the community. They are available to other registered members.

If you are registered with us, you can access content and services that we offer to registered users. Registered users also have the option of changing or deleting the data entered during registration at any time if necessary. Of course, we will also provide you with information about the personal data we have stored about you at any time. We will also be happy to correct or delete this information at your request, provided that there are no legal obligations to retain it. To contact us in this context, please use the contact data given at the end of this data protection declaration.

SSL Encryption

To protect the security of your data during transmission, we use state-of-the-art encryption methods (e.g. SSL) via HTTPS.

Comment function

If users leave comments on our website, the time of their creation and the user name previously selected by the website visitor are stored in addition to this information. This is for our security, as we can be prosecuted for illegal content on our website, even if it was created by users.

Newsletter

On the basis of your expressly given consent, we will send you our newsletter or comparable information regularly by e-mail to your specified e-mail address.

To receive the newsletter, it is sufficient to enter your e-mail address and to confirm your registration via e-mail. When registering to receive our newsletter, the data provided by you will be used exclusively for this purpose. Subscribers can also be informed by e-mail about circumstances that are relevant for the service or registration (e.g. changes to the newsletter offer or technical conditions).

For an effective registration we need a valid e-mail address. In order to verify that a registration is actually made by the owner of an e-mail address, we use the "double-opt-in" procedure. For this purpose, we log the ordering of the newsletter, the sending of a confirmation e-mail and the receipt of the answer requested hereby. Further data is not collected. The data will be used exclusively for sending the newsletter and will not be passed on to third parties.

You can revoke your consent to the storage of your personal data and its use to send the newsletter at any time. In every newsletter you will find a corresponding link. You can also unsubscribe at any time directly on this website or inform us of your wish via the contact option at the end of this data protection notice.

Contact form

If you contact us via e-mail or contact form with regard to questions of any kind, you give us your voluntary consent for the purpose of contacting you. For this purpose, a valid e-mail address is required. This serves to assign the request and to answer it. The indication of further data is optional. The information you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing the enquiry and for possible follow-up questions. Personal data will be automatically deleted after the completion of your request.

Use of script libraries

In order to display our content correctly and graphically appealing across browsers, we use script libraries on this website. To avoid multiple loading, data is transferred to the cache of your browser if the browser does not block access. Calling up script libraries or font libraries automatically triggers a connection to the library operator. It is theoretically possible - although it is currently unclear whether and for what purpose - that the operators of such libraries collect data.

Embedded YouTube videos

On some of our websites we embed Youtube videos. The operator of the corresponding plugins is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. When you visit a page with the YouTube plugin, a connection is established to Youtube servers. This tells Youtube which pages you are visiting. If you are logged in to your YouTube account, Youtube is able to assign your surfing behavior to you personally. You can prevent this by logging out of your Youtube account first.
If a YouTube video is started, the provider uses cookies that collect information about user behavior.
If you've disabled cookies for the Google Ad program, you won't be exposed to cookies when you watch Youtube videos. However, Youtube also stores non-personal usage information in other cookies. If you want to prevent this, you must block cookies from being saved in your browser.
Further information on data protection at "Youtube" can be found in the provider's privacy policy at: www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.

We also may limit how We collect, use, and store some of the information of Users between 13 and 18 years old. In some cases, this means We will be unable to provide certain functionality of the Service to these users.

If We need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing Your information and Your country requires consent from a parent, We may require Your parent's consent before We collect and use that information.

Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by Us. If You click on a third party link, You will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise You to review the Privacy Policy of every site You visit.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

We will let You know via email and/or a prominent notice on Our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.

Objection advertising mails

The use of contact data published within the scope of the imprint obligation for the transmission of not expressly requested advertising and information material is hereby contradicted. The operators of the website expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited sending of advertising information, such as spam e-mails.
