Communal catering can be a valuable asset in curbing climate emissions. By increasing the amount of plant-based meals served canteens, schools, hospitals, et cetera can make a significant contribution to dietary change. In order to enable exchange between different pioneers for this cause throughout Europe the PlantEurope panel discussion “Innovations in Plant-Based Communal Catering” was held on Nov. 14th.
The recording of the two-hour long event is now available to watch online. The presentations from speakers Nuno Alvim, Helen Nilsson, Jimmy Pierson and Claudio Pomo are available for download on the event website here.
