We are excited to announce all speakers for the PlantEurope Network panel discussion “Innovations in Plant-Based Communal Catering”!
Communal catering can offer a unique chance to make a significant contribution to dietary change. The two-hour panel discussion will showcase pioneers who are leading the way towards more sustainable, plant-based food in communal catering. It will touch on the current political frameworks in place, along with those needed to support the transition towards more plant-rich offerings in communal catering.

Claudio Pomo, development manager and co-founder of Essere Animali, the organization which created the MenoPerPiù project
